Introduction

My Vodafone Qatar is a mobile application designed to enhance customer experience by providing seamless access to telecom services, account management, and personalized dashboards.

Responsibilities

Developed a new user journey enabling international visitors during the FIFA World Cup Qatar to seamlessly sign up for Vodafone Qatar services. Designed and implemented an improved onboarding flow tailored for short-term users and tourists, ensuring minimal friction and fast activation. Contributed to the redesign of the dashboard in the My Vodafone Qatar app, enhancing accessibility, usability, and overall user experience. Ensured a smooth and intuitive experience for users unfamiliar with local telecom services, focusing on clarity, simplicity, and efficiency throughout the app.
